HELP WHEN YOU NEED IT
Let’s get you talking again.
Start with these checks, then use the existing reporting tools for your installation.
Which languages are supported?
Open /panel and inspect the language choices in your installed bot. Availability depends on installed models and translation routes; there is no verified universal language count.
Why is a translation wrong or unavailable?
Language detection, slang, context and model availability can affect results. Try a shorter, clear message and check the selected language. Verify important information with a fluent speaker.
Why are mirrored messages or inline controls missing?
Check your plan, payment verification, server configuration, bot connection and Discord channel permissions. The entitlement implementation is still marked as undeployed in the supplied materials. A configured feature is not proof that it is live.
Can any administrator buy a subscription?
New purchases require the current Discord server owner. Existing administration permissions remain separate from billing eligibility. The original payer keeps billing self-service after an ownership transfer.
How do I cancel or change payment details?
Use the existing subscription panel and customer portal. Do not send payment details or credentials in a bug report. Plan changes do not have a new switching flow on this website.
How do I install the bot?
Click here to open Discord’s installation flow. Sign in if needed, choose a server where you can add apps, review the requested permissions and authorise the bot. Complete any Discord verification if prompted, then use /panel in your server.
How do I report a problem?
Open /panel in Discord and choose Report Bug, or use Report Bug in the existing web panel. Describe the problem, steps to reproduce it and the affected feature. Exclude tokens, payment details and private conversation content unless it is necessary and you have permission to share it.
